Supplement Researcher runs this site. This policy explains how we use your information and how to contact us about it.
Your account and saved information
Clerk handles sign-in and account details, including your name, email address and account ID. Convex stores your profile, favorites, supplement stacks, doses, schedules, intake logs, goals, recommendations and custom research. We use this information to provide the features you choose. Please avoid entering information you do not want these services to process.
Research and recommendations
Perplexity handles research, recommendations, goal analysis and stack analysis. Requests can include supplement names, your goals and details of your routine. Grok through Azure is an optional research provider when enabled; older research-sharing features can also use Perplexity and Grok. Reports and analysis may be saved in Convex for reuse. AI providers receive the request content needed for a response. Their retention and processing depend on their terms and our settings.
Payments and email
Stripe handles payments and subscriptions. We keep billing status and Stripe customer and subscription references; you enter card details with Stripe. Resend sends welcome and reminder emails. Reminders can include your supplement routine. Email preferences, delivery logs and queued email copies are also stored through Convex and its email service.
Browsing, cookies and advertising
Vercel hosts the site, and Vercel Analytics measures site use. These services can process request, browser, device and page information. Clerk uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in. We also save your theme locally and keep a local sign-up counting record with a 30-day expiry. That counting record is not sent to ad platforms.
When enabled on the production site, Meta counts visits to home, Pro, supplements, expert templates, about, changelog and privacy. It does not count page views for supplement or expert detail pages, categories, tags, accounts, sign-in, payment or shared links. Ad-click and campaign tags stay in counted public-page addresses so ads can be measured; other query parameters or fragments exclude a page from Meta counts. Avoid putting personal information in campaign tags.
We count recent sign-ups and server-confirmed purchases. These advertising event fields contain no names, emails, account or checkout IDs, stack contents, goals or intake logs. Purchase counts include the amount and currency. We do not provide Meta with account-matching information. Checkout references are used for payment recovery and removed from the payment-success address before our ad-tag setup or purchase calls.
Google Ads runs site-wide as before, including account, shared-link and detail pages, and preview and development sites. Meta and Google can receive IP addresses, browser and device information, cookies and page addresses, and may connect activity to their own records or accounts. These requests are not anonymous. Advertising software can remain loaded and may observe later browsing; our Meta page exclusions limit the events our app sends. We cannot recall information already sent. Blockers, delays and local counting records can cause missed or repeated counts. Provider behavior and advertising audience effects have not been independently verified.
There is no in-app consent banner. Browser settings and ad blockers may limit tracking. You can also use the advertising privacy controls provided by Meta and Google. These providers control their own retention and matching.
Sharing and deleting your account
Anyone with a shared stack or research link can view what it exposes. Avoid sharing links to information you want to keep private. Deleting your Clerk account is designed to stop reminders, remove your profile, delete account-linked stacks, logs, favorites, goals, recommendations and custom research in batches, and stop shared stack links from working. Active shared research copies can remain public with the account association replaced. Deletion cannot recall copies others have saved.
The deletion process is designed to cancel active Stripe subscriptions immediately without a refund or proration credit. Stripe customer and invoice records remain. We retain an account-deletion record with account and Stripe customer IDs to prevent late events from recreating an account. Email copies in Convex are scheduled for cleanup within about 29 days; an email already sent to the delivery service may still arrive. Cleanup depends on our account, billing and email services completing their work. Accounts deleted before this cleanup feature was introduced may need separate support follow-up.
Questions and requests
Contact Supplement Researcher at supplementresearcherai@gmail.com about access, corrections, deletion or help confirming a cleanup. Provider backups, billing records and information already sent to other services can follow different retention schedules. We do not promise a single retention period or processing location across these services. We will update this page when our practices change.
